[TYPO3-core] RFC #15241: Recognize php-fpm sapi for path generation.

Problem:
$PATH_thisScript is determined depending on the used PHP SAPI. As of 
version 5.3.3 php ships with php-fpm. Currently TYPO3 does not 
recognizes it. Therefore the path determination fails.

Solution:
Recognize fpm as fastcgi.
