[TYPO3-core] FYI72 #15221: Add hook to postprocess upload of a file

Hi Xavier,

thanks for this extension! I really need that for photo galeries where 
editors upload complete CDs of photos, all from digital cameras. It took 
me a long time to postedit them, but now the task is easy and automatic :)

I really can suggest this extension to all of you!

btw - have to test with flashloader too.
