I think that patches to t3lib_parsehtml_proc deserve a complete review 
and test process.

I tested with unpatched 4.3 and 4.4, and could not reproduce this issue.

I also tested with patched trunk, and link title FE-rendering is now 
broken. Saving twice, you get two sets of quotes in the RTE.
