[TYPO3-core] FYI24: #15207: Clipboard doesn't initialize backPath

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Clipboard uese $this->backPath all the time, but it's forgotten to 
initialize this var.

This leads to wrong pasteUrl, to be seen in sysext list-

Solution:
Set it to $GLOBALS['BACK_PATH'] in init()

I will commit this one in 24 hours if noone complains.
