yes, i found it. It's not direct related, only the move shows a 
forgetten thing in Clipboard object.

Clipboard always use $this->backPath but it's never set. This works ok 
as long all happens in typo3 dir (no backPath is needed), but with any 
outside usage you get wrong pasteUrl.

So i will fix this in a FYI and not as follow-up
