[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15195: TSanalyzer: Add link to breakpoints also in syntaxhighlight mode

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

When you deactivate syntaxHighlight in TSanalyzer, the linenumbers are 
linked. You have the option to render the current template until this 
clicked line (Breakpoint) and view the result in TSobjectBrowser.

However this option is missing in syntaxhighlght mode, add it!
