[TYPO3-core] RFC #15067: Background Image in Element Browser is repeated, but should not be!

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The Element Browser got the new Background styling for the new skin.
If you have enough elements in a folder, you can scroll down in the  
Element Browser.
Unfortunatelly this image is repeated below, which looks ugly.

Solution:
Add background-repeat: repeat-x;
