[TYPO3-core] RFC #15163: Link "joh316" to wikipedia

Problem:
Many people don't know the meaning behind the password joh316

Solution:
Link the text "joh316" in the password hint of the Install Tool to  
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_3:16 to make people aware of the meaning  
of the password

Note:
Suggestion was made by Sebastian Michaelsen, which is IMHO a good idea!
