[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15136: Cleanup of TS modules + fix validation issues

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix / nobrainer

Branches: trunk, 4-4

Problems:
The module Template and its submodules don't use the new styles,
especially the tables. Furthermore there are some html validation
warnings which can be easily fixed

Solution:
Use the new styles and fix the warnings

How to test:
1. Switch to the template module, especially the template analyzer and
also click on the link "view the complete TS listing"
2. Apply patch and review the module again
