[TYPO3-core] RFC #14095: impexp doesn't work from clipboard

Hello!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
When you put items onto one of the extended clipboard (#1, #2, #3) in 
the list module you have a drop-down in the header of the clipboard 
which allows you to make an export, etc.

This allows you to only export some specific content elements and not 
the whole page.

This doesn't work anymore since version 4.3.

Solution:
Revert the old change, this doesn't seem to break anything
