[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15103: TS Errors are hardly readable (white on yellow)

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
TS Errors are hardly readable in the TS Objectbrowser as it is shown
with white color on yellow background

Solution:
Change color to black

How to test:
1. Create a TS error (can you do that? ;) )
2. Switch to the template analyzer and search for the error (hint: use
search word "ERROR:")
3. Apply patch and see it readable
