[TYPO3-core] RFC #15096: Missing icon for _recycler_ folders

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Type: Bug (skinning issue)

Branches: 4-4, trunk

Problem:
When having a _recycler_ icon in fileadmin (anywhere actually), the 
folder icon shows a red question mark instead of a recycler icon.

Solution:
Use an existing icon in the set (icon was provided by Steffen Ritter).

Additional Note:
According to Steffen, 4.5 should introduce a dedicated icon this is why 
patch is currently only for TYPO3_4-4 and that I did not yet commit it.
