[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15098: TS Errors should be shown with flash messages

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
If there are any errors in TS, the TS Object Browser shows the errors
using old styles. See screenshots

Solution:
Use Flash messages

How to test:
1. Create a TS error (can you do that? ;) )
2. See the error message
3. Apply patch and see it in a flash message
