[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15088: Using sprites breaks setting links to content elements

Problem:
Using type hints in t3lib_iconWorks::getSpriteIconForRecord show wrong
calls to the function.

Solution:
Remove the wrong 3rd parameter BACK_PATH

How to test:
Open RTE and try to set a link to a content element (by clicking on the
red icon next to a page)
