thx. No i can proceed with the refactor of tslib_content (Pimp Your 
Typoscript project) and the new Extension Manager (comes also with an 
ext_autoload file). We have now a semantic devision.

Regarding extdeveval - i still think that the core generation is not 
needed, also this is for 4.5 only. Extension autoload files are not 
affected.
