[TYPO3-core] RFC #15051: Bugfix: FF field "Forgot Password Message" in felogin not working

Hi Steffen,

we have a conflict here. We can't change the existing label, think of 
the existing translations.
So there are two possibilities:
1) use the correct label forgot_reset_message at all places
2) use a new label.

As the text in forgot_reset_message is the correct one i would suggest 1)
