Hi Rasmus,

first: Thanks for pointing that out.
BUT: You're not allowed to post that kind of stuff here. This list is 
only for Posting, Discussing and Voting RFCs.
So if your issue is not a TYPO3 bug and you won't provide a patch, it is 
wrong here.
