Problem:
Script EXT:indexed_search/cli/indexer_cli.phpsh does absolutely nothing. 
It initializes like any other (old style) CLI script, but there's no 
code to execute after that. As far as I can tell, this is a stub meant 
to become an indexing CLI script, which eventually evolved into the 
crawler extension instead.

Solution:
Delete the script (svn delete 
typo3/sysext/indexed_search/cli/indexer_cli.phpsh)
