[TYPO3-core] RFC #14960: Bug: apps-pagetree.css redundant

Problem:
t3skin/sprites/t3-icon-apps-pagetree.css not neccessary.
Missing file (t3skin/images/sprites/t3-icon-apps-pagetree.png) is referenced with almost every call.

Solution:
Delete the file from SVN

Notes:
The apps-pagetree information has been moved to icon-apps.css, entities from apps-pagetree are doubled.

Discussed this with Benni during t3dd10 already.
