[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13348: Datepicker is brocken with ExtJS 3.1

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
With ExtJS 3.1 the object reference in datePicker changed so existing 
datePicker stop working and quit wit JS error.

Attached patch solves it.
