OK, just to explain my v7

In my school, we have a Dr (title name) David Bxxxxxx who works as 
designer for us (job title).

Company = ENSCI
     - Title = designer

Name = David Bxxxxxx
     - Title name = Dr.
     - First name  = Bxxxxxx
     - Middle name =
     - Last name = David

But it's up to you to commit v6 or v7. I'll add missing fields in an own 
extension.
