It is the title of the user, so it can be anything: King, Prof., Earl, 
Director, ... A user may not be part of a company. So putting it to 
company is definitly wrong - nitpicking or not.

I propose to put it into the name palette.

While we are at it - another cleanup request:
The "company" field should be named "organisation", since this is a more 
general label. "Organisation" also includes governments, NGO, schools, 
university, ... "company" does not.
What do you think?
