[TYPO3-core] RFC #13313: ExtDirect API

Hi,

here the patch with changed pageRenderer syntax "forceOnTop".

In general +1 by reading and testing, but only if documentation is 
delivered. It should be documented how to register functions, how to 
route them. I saw the global arrays in code but don't want to explre all 
by myself ;)
