[TYPO3-core] RFC: 11089 Fixing the built-in shopping basket

Hey all,

I just checked this.

1) I always get a new session ID in the FE when not logged in, very 
weird. There is still an issue with the Session.

2) My maxSizeofSessionData is 100K by default, thus it's always > 0, and 
then the shopping basket does not work at all.

-1 for the current solution.

I'll upload my test extension to the BT.
