[TYPO3-core] RFC #13211: Change focus to login field when OpenId is selected at login

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
When Switch to OpenID is selected in the login form, the focus is not set  
to the input field. Same while when switching back

Solution:
Set the focus

Note:
* If anybody knows, how to select the contents of the input field (to  
directly overwrite it by starting to type) with Prototype, it would be  
another great addition.
   If there's a username, it's still there after switching to OpenID
* Tested with IE6+7, Firefox 3.5
