[TYPO3-core] Release of TYPO3 4.3.1 & 4.2.11

Hi everybody,

the release of TYPO3 4.3.1 is postponed to Thursday, January 14th 2010
at 11:00 CET.
It seems that there are still some pending issues that should be part of
TYPO3 4.3.1.

TYPO3 4.2.11 is ready to be released. However, to keep efforts for
admins low, it will be released together with 4.3.1 on Thursday.
