[TYPO3-core] RFC #13200: Text change: Links for additional software in install tool wrong / non-working.

Problem & Solution:
In the "Basic configuration" section of the install tool are links for
getting additional software like gdlib or freetype. The gd link is wrong
and the sunsite.dk website is down. I corrected those. Additionally I
changed the typo3.org link to a realurled one.
