[TYPO3-core] RFC #12507: (Un)Install icon points to wrong extension in Opera

Tested in FF, Opera and IE 6-8.

I don't see a real reason why we should wait for UXweek patches in
trunk. If it comes up with a generic solution to this issue we should
revert this one and 10210.
