Mhh,
php_strip_whitespace doesn´t seems an option, because the function needs
the whole file as import and then it strips _all_ comments out, even the
"## INSTALL SCRIPT EDIT POINT TOKEN - all lines after this points may be
changed by the install script!" and "//  Modified or inserted by TYPO3
Install Tool."
