Ah. Ok. Sorry, I tried a installation with a few pages, there the problem
described by you doesn't occur, but rathe the +/- icon disappears if a page
doesn't have any subpages.

Anyways I guess Steffen hast commited this. I had a look at the code when
writing my last message and the patch seemed ok for this issue.
