[TYPO3-core] RFC #5500: Feature: Load Inline Elements On Demand

Hi again!
finally I've traced the bug, inline records do not expand if 
expandSingle is not set. It is because boolean false casting to empty 
string and thus js method domAddRecordDetails being called with empty 
parameter expandSingle.

In attached patch I fixed that and also did correct few lines to comply 
with CGL. Now it works fine for me, so +1 by reading and testing for 
corrected patch.
