[TYPO3-core] RFC #13681: Improve performance of t3lib_div::revExplode

Hey,

like #13675 this one must use array_map as well.

Attached a v4 and a simple testcase. The patch should go to 4.3 and 
trunk, the testcase to trunk only.

Please test.
