[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13675: Use array_map() for t3lib_div::intExplode

Hey,

we (Nikolas and me) just found out that array_walk is the fastest method 
here, array_map is just easier to read, but not really faster.

Check out v3 with array_walk, which is attached.
