[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13675: Use array_map() for t3lib_div::intExplode

Hey,

very nice patch, I was hoping for these kind of performance improvements 
for quite a while.

+1 after reading and testing (I'm having it running for quite some time 
now).

I've attached a new patch that takes care of CGL in the whole method, 
and revised the variable namings (I hate "$temp" variables -- after all, 
they're all temporary ;-)).
