[TYPO3-core] RFC #13519: Feature: Add a new icon set to t3skin

Hi Steffen,

thanks again for your work.

A few notices:

  * The version- icons: It'd be really cool if we could solve this by 
using overlays at some point :) But ok for now, as we want to move 
forward on this and don't fix too many problems with one commit now.

  * As this doesn't break anything, and they are approved by Jens and 
André from the Usability Team, I will commit the new icons throughout 
the day.

Btw: The comments by "Stephan Kellermayr" on this list was taken into 
account, and if someone has a better iconset, then exchanging this 
iconset now should be less problematic than the current system (where 
the naming is just a pain in the butt...)
