[TYPO3-core] FYI: Cleaned up #13668: htmlArea RTE: Cleanup some unused code

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Cleanup

Problem:
Some scripts related to acronym, color and font are not used anymore.
Also some skin icons.

Solution:
Remove unused elements.
