btw: in 4.2. the function getCookie is now twice, leading to the error:
 Fatal error: Cannot redeclare t3lib_userAuth::getCookie() in
C:\xampp\htdocs\_4-2\t3lib\class.t3lib_userauth.php on line 371

I guess a followup needs to be made
