[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13619: htmlArea RTE: url not detected on enter

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
url detection is not triggered when the enter key is pressed.

Solution:
Two handlers are competing on the same key event. Remove one.
