i'm disappointed about - voting only because of visual. This is the 
place where wizards are rendered, the position of all wizards looks bad.

The main point of the patch - again - is that suggest doesn't analyze 
TCA correct. Foreign table isn't configured only in tag "allowed", 
mainly used is "foreign_table"
I'm ok with not rendering the fields by default, but it must be possible 
to use suggest with such TCA.

So here is v3 correcting only the suggest wizard, fields can be added by 
user with TCA configuration.
