[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13205: RTE 1.8.6 not focusing correctly with IE8

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In IE 6, 7 and 8, in an editing area without text, only the top line can 
be clicked to focus the RTE so you can type text.

Solution:
Set listener on document rather than document body. Handle click event.
