[TYPO3-core] RFC #13204: Bug + Code cleanup: Flash and Session in FE

Hey Stephan,

thanks for the patch.

+1 after reading and testing (upload in the BE still works after 
applying the patch). Attached is a new patch that includes some minor 
cleanup.

However, I disagree bringing this in 4.3, I don't have a good feeling 
about this, dunno...
