[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16476: tcaTree should work in flexforms, too

FYI: the attached patch has been comitted to trunk for Beta3

Problem:
It would be very nice if the tcatree would work inside the flexforms 
too. IMO every tca configuration should work there as well to use the 
benefits of such great tools.

thrown error: #1288215888: TCA Tree configuration is invalid: 
"foreign_table" not set

Solution:
do not "dive" into tca-Array manually, since this does not exists for 
flexforms, use the passed one which is generated for flexforms...
