[TYPO3-core] RFC #13695: Image output in frontend is not xhtml valid

Hi Stan,

just wanted to test this issue and tried the steps first without patch.
These were the problems i faced (Intropackage 4.5beta2, trunk, firefox):
Sure i cleared all available caches.

I clicked in RTE on insert image, from dialog in New Magic Image i 
clicked on one small image to insert. After click the ExtJs Window 
stayed without any content, no refresh in rte was visible. No js error.

Then i checked rte settings, and "Enable images in the RTE" wasn't 
checked. Why could i select image then?
Ok, i checked, saved, cleared caches and tried again - same result.

Any idea why the window doesn't close and inserts the image?
I will test it tomorrow on a fresh installation just to be sure there is 
no sideeffect from any extension.
