Problem:
When importing the extension list, the following waring is raised:

> PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/webmaster/frm2/typo3_src_svn/typo3/sysext/em/classes/tools/class.tx_em_tools_xmlhandler.php line 326

The variable SC_mod_tools_em_index::defaultCategories has been removed 
in 4.5

Solution:
Use another array holding the same values:
SC_mod_tools_em_index::categories
