Hi,

The following change has been committed to
trunk rev 9864.

Problem:
t3lib_div::unQuoteFilenames fails to detect quotes properly. Because of 
this issue the parameters which need to be swapped for certain IM/GM 
commands in certain versions of IM/GM are not correct and image 
generation is broken.

Notes:
This was part of #13750 and before other, related problems were added it 
received enough votes to commit.
The outcome of a meeting with 4.5 RM Steffen Kamper was to split this 
issue in three parts and work on each part separately.
