[TYPO3-core] RFC #16771: Bug: Change ugly formatting of "pageNotFound_handling" and "pageUnavailable_handling"

Suggestion:
false (default)
   The 'nearest' page is shown.
-> The next visible page upwards in the page tree is shown?

false is lowercase, TRUE uppercase. Does it really work only this way? I 
changed it to 'true', please adjust, if I'm wrong. I think "false" also 
means empty.

Strings
   page to show
-> page uppercase (both times). I also changed "Strings" to "String".

Prefix "REDIRECT:"
   If prefixed with "REDIRECT:" it will redirect to the URL/script after
   the prefix (original behaviour).
Can we remove "(original behaviour)"?

Prefix "USER_FUNCTION:"
   Explanation lacks a trailing "."

And some more adjustments :) Could you just read through it again, if 
you're okay? *g*
