[TYPO3-core] RFC #16661: include TSRef changes for 4.4

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The TSRef XML-File for the codecompletion in the t3editor sysext is 
outdated. Changes for version 4.4 have to be included.
Following properties have to be updated (see [1])

config.doctype description (value: html_5)
filelink.jumpurl description (+property .parameter)
CONTENT.select.markers property

Solution:
