Hi,

+1 on reading and testing

I entered following in RTE:
4[return]5[hr from button]6

Result before patch:

<p>4</p>
<p>5</p>
<hr />6<p></p>

The result now is

<p>4</p>
<p>5</p>
<hr />
<p>6</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

Question - why is there an additional paragraph?
