[TYPO3-core] RFC #16758: Fix space beetween page tree nodes

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The page tree (classic one) has space between the single tree nodes 
since 0016032, as it was needed for the border.

Solution:
Set margin: -1px to compensate the 1px border
