[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15811: Backend feels slower than it had to feel! Make it appear to be faster again!

Hi,

this one is obsolet as we now have a different kind of "loading" mask.
Please debate with the usability & design team
(http://forge.typo3.org/projects/usability) if there are further ideas
or suggestions upon that.
